We accommidate special delivery & return times by appointment only.
We GUARANTEE that we can beat any competitors over-all price on an RV Rental of equal size and class by at least $100 per week on Motorhomes and $50 per week on trailers. (*competitors quote must be surrendered to us and it must include base rental rate, mileage charges, prep fees, return cleaning fees, cost for linens, dinnerware, cookware, cooking spices, campware, toiletries, TV-VCR use, 24 hour travelers assistance, delivery - return fees and applicable taxes)
There are currently no terms and conditions for travel during this period. If your rental is during these travel dates, new terms and conditions may apply. Please contact us before booking.
Southeast Arizona RV Rentals insurance
INSURANCE
You must provide "Full Coverage" insurance for the term of the rental.
You have the option to obtain an insurance "binder" from your car insurance agent to cover the motor home during the rental period. "Binders" are normally very inexpensive and sometimes free, check with your car insurance agent. Binders MUST include Comprehensive, Collision , and Liability insurance associated with the rental. Coverage amounts must be at least (50/100/50).
The following companies DO NOT provide Binders: AARP-Hartford, Amica, Geico, Met Life, Progressive, Safeco and Travelers.
If a binder is not possible, you can purchase rental insurance through the rental agency for a nominal fee per day. Note: An additional $30 processing fee will also apply.
The cost of insurance is based on the Value of the trailer or motorhome you are renting. Refer to the "Insurance Binder" form sent to you as part of your rental quote. It specifies the value of the RV you are renting.
IF YOUR INSURANCE AGENT IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A BINDER YOU MAY PURCHASE INSURANCE THROUGH MBA CHOICE.
Your own cover
If you are providing coverage through your own auto insurance policy you will be required to present written documentation (i.e. your insurance policy) that clearly shows your being covered for driving rental RVs / Motorhomes in the United States. Your insurance company must cover you for collision and liability or you do need to purchase insurance through MBA Choice. Please note that a lot of insurance policies may cover you for rental cars but may not extend to Motorhomes / RVs. Please check with your insurance company.
If you will be using your own Insurance cover outside of MBA Choice please email the following details to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and the RV supplier that you are booked and confirmed with:
- Policy number
- Name and contact details for the policy provider,
- All drivers’ license details
- All drivers’ Date Of Birth
If you do not have your own existing insurance cover you will need to purchase cover through MBA Choice www.mbachoice.com
Important Note: Do not purchase insurance coverage with MBA Choice until you have received your final booking confirmation email confirming the availability of your chosen vehicle and itinerary. The following instructions on how to book with MBA Choice will be repeated on your booking confirmation email. If you have any queries at any stage please contact the RV supplier who will be able to answer any questions that you may have.
Purchasing coverage for Motorhomes through MBA Choice
This can be purchased online by visiting www.mbachoice.com . Once you have raised an insurance cover with MBA Choice please email the details of this to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and the RV supplier. It may be easiest for you to simply forward the documentation you will receive via email from MBA Choice to explore@motorhomerepublic.com. Please quote your vehicle booking confirmation number when emailing us details of your MBA Choice Policy.
Please make sure you bring a copy of your MBA Choice Policy documentation when picking up your vehicle. MBA Choice Coverage costs between $12 - $28 per day depending on the vehicle you are hiring.
1. Go to the Purchase RV Rental Insurance page on the website www.mbachoice.com .
2. Here you will be asked for a Policy Number. The Policy Number for Paul's SouthEast Arizona is 301049, Enter this and click the Next Step/Verify Dealer button.
3. On the next page you will be asked to stipulate whether the vehicle you are renting is a Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3 vehicle.
4. Click the correct Series button and on the following pages you will be asked for your trip, personal and payment details.
5. You will receive documentation via email once your purchase has been completed. Please email a copy to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and bring a copy of this with you when picking up your vehicle.
Additional liability coverage is also available from MBA Choice. This is optional.
The Series or vehicle value will determine the daily rate that the renter will pay for the use of that particular valued vehicle class. NOTE: These rates are subject to change - actual rate is specified within the quote we provide.
Trailers .....................$0----$25,000...= $12.00 per day
Series 1,...................$0-----$ 50,000...= $19.00 per day
Series 2,......$.50,001-----$ 100,000... = $25.00 per day
Series 3,....$100,000-----$ 150,000... = $30.00 per day
The standard rental terms require that the deductible not exceed $350 for trailers and $500 for motorhomes. Renter is responsible for paying any applicable insurance deductible, and further responsible for any damage, vandalism or accident.
You may also choose to add $1,000,000 additional liability protection against loss for bodily injury to other persons and property damage to their property.
SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The Security Damage Deposit varies depending on type and size of RV hired. This is taken by way of credit card at the pick up of your vehicle and this is refundable on the satisfactory return of your vehicle.
